The Cardiac Center Inaugurates the Employee Handbook on World Human Resources Day

The center director of the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Musned, in the presence of the Assistant Abdullah Al-Fawzan, the Medical Director Dr. Sultan Al-Sultan, and the Director of Human Resources Majid Al-Jafn, inaugurated yesterday, Monday, May 20, 2024, the Employee Handbook for Human Resources. This coincides with the activation of the World Human Resources Day and contains the supporting foundations and tools that will guide the employees to perform their job duties in the best possible manner, and assist them in carrying out their job duties properly with a developing professional background, which contributes to familiarizing the employees with their rights, duties, work mechanisms, systems and procedures, as well as the professional culture and instilling a culture of work based on mutual transparency, and creating an attractive work environment for employees that achieves their satisfaction, security and job stability, and enhances their loyalty and belonging to the center.

The Director of the Human Resources Department at the Center, Majid Al-Jafn, emphasized that the Human Resources Department plays the basic infrastructure for the organizational structure to achieve administrative and organizational discipline, and to raise performance efficiency and productivity through professional training and qualification by attracting distinguished competencies, planning the career path for employees, and providing high-level executive and advisory services. The Human Resources Department also applies the systems, controls and regulations in line with the vision and goals of the Center, and the Human Resources Department is considered one of the most important departments due to its focus on the human element, which is the most precious and valuable resource of the Center and the most influential on productivity.
