It was known that the patient suffered from stunning chest pain with severe fatigue and pallor accompanied by a drop in arterial pressure, wherein he has helpfully revived with medications that support the heart muscle. After conducting an urgent examination and diagnosis, the attending  doctors  decided to transfer him immediately to the operating room to perform the much needed, lifesaving, and high risk open heart surgery.
