| PSCCQ would like to congratulate Mr. Ibrahim Al Bandar, Supervisor of Out-Patient Department on the arrival of the new blessing to his family. His wife recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl. The proud parents are both agreed to name their little bundle of joy “Athb”. We share in your joy with this happy occasion and we ask Allah to keep both the mother and child safe and sound.
