The Department of Change, Management Communication, and Awareness of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al-Qassim distributed more than 56 informational and educative brochures to their patients with heart ailments. The said brochures contained an incorporation of detailed facts and information about some common health problems associated with fasting, cardiac health, as well as sports that are helpful to maintain a healthy heart. The brochure was also enclosed with types of heart diseases, obesity, blood pressure, proper diet and nutrition for the heart, ways to prevent heart diseases, and other related details. 

The distribution of brochures appropriately coincided with the celebration of the Blessed Month of Ramadan for this year 1442 AH - 2021 AD. This is also within the preparations and programs presented to the beneficiaries of the center.  

The center’s management, represented by the Change Management Communication and Awareness department, also uploaded the contents of the brochures to the center's website. This is purposely intended to widen their scope of beneficiaries or readers, and to make sure that people from all sector of the society will be able to read it as often as they want. May the blessings and healing of the Almighty Allah be given to everyone.
