PSCCQ’s Social Service Department served more than 15,000 patients last year

The Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al-Qassim represented by the Social Service Department, provided medical and social services to more than 15, 624 patients during the year 2020 AD. The center is continually determined to give their services despite the health plague and social conditions that the entire world particularly Saudi Arabia has experienced due to the Corona pandemic. 

PSCCQ’s Social Service Department Head Mr. Abdullah Al-Jarallah, confirmed that the department unceasingly works to help patients overcome from their medical problems that eventually affect their normal and healthy lives such as social, financial, family problems, housing problems, and other issues that could endanger the patient’s treatment progress. The medical team also urges the patient's family to cooperate in implementing the treatment plan and facilitating the exit plan. 

Furthermore, the number of cases for the preliminary assessment has reach to 2,230, while the number of the patient refused the medical procedure or admission has reached more than 245 cases, total number of cases that the department provided solutions reached approximately 83 cases, while follow up reports reach to a total 2, 770 reports, and the said Department received more than 9,000 calls to the inpatient hotline. 

 
The center wishes the 15, 624 patients to be totally cured with the help of the Almighty Allah.
