PRINCE SULTAN CARDIAC CENTER QASSIM PROVIDES RE-DISPENSING TREATMENT

Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al-Qassim provides a new setup to re-dispensing treatment to adult patients. The mobile number, (0551295372) is always open to pick up calls during working hours; from 8:30am to 11:30am and from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Through this setup, a patient doesn’t need to come to the clinic.  

The director of outpatient department at the center, Mr. Ibrahim Al Bandar confirmed that the center has indulged into this kind of service to raise the center’s quality of service, and to assure each and every beneficiary’s comfort and convenience. This project is in collaboration with Saudi Post, so the medicines that are needed will be directly delivered to every patient.

Furthermore, Dr. Muhammad Bashir Al-Khardeji also stressed out that the provision of this medical aid was considered to address the needs and benefits of the patients. The center aims to reduce the burden on the patients, thus, providing an electronic service to re-dispense treatment, to reduce the patients waiting time in the clinic, to reduce the times of coming to the hospital, to avoid the transmission of infections from viruses such as COVID-19, MERS-COV, to reduce congestion and to provide a health service that allows the patients to receive treatment at the right time. 

Ms. Saima Noreen, the project supervisor additionally explained that this service is one of the future steps that the center seeks to develop and hopefully, in Allah’s will, most of the center’s services will be electronic in the days to come. It’s the biggest leap for PSCCQ to radiate and shine in the medical field.
