His Excellency, Dr. Tarif bin Yousef Al-Ami,  the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for curative services, issued a written order to assign Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Qwaee, to lead the Pediatric Heart Specialization of the General Administration of Specialized Centers in the Assistant Agency for Hospital Services. Dr. Al-Ami wanted D., Al-Qwaee to function as a part-time consultant, in addition to his current work duties, as a regular representative for academic affairs and training in the Health Cluster in Al-Qassim, and as a medical director of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Qassim. 

Whereby, Dr. Al-Ami was prompted to come up with his firm choice because Dr. Al-Qwaee was known as one of the distinguished youth medical cadres in the entire Kingdom and in the field of pediatric cardiology. He believed that Dr. Al-Qwaee deserved the said designation. 

The entire PSCCQ asks the Almighty Allah to guide Dr. Al-Qwaee in his medical journey, that he may always be successful in all his undertakings.
