PSCCQ successfully concluded its Annual Scientific Conference

The Department of Education, Training, and Research of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al Qassim has successfully concluded its Annual Scientific Conference held last December 18-19, 2018 at Movenpick Hotel. 

With more than 150 medical practitioners were in attendance from various hospitals in the Qassim Region. This two-day symposium substantially supplemented with 16 scientific lectures and 10 workshops.

The first day of the conference was highlighted with a presentation of the scientific lectures given by distinguished speakers coming from inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

On the second day of the symposium are all workshops including Assessment of Critically Ill Patient, Arterial Blood Gas Analysis, ECG Interpretation, Sampling Methods and Study Design, ECMO Workshop, Mega Code Simulation, and Basic Life Support in which 80 participants were trained on to how to perform the Basic Life Support both adult and pediatric.    

Prior to the final pronouncement of the end of the two-day symposium, Ms. Kahkashan Sana, PSCCQ Nursing Director, delivered her Closing Remarks with satisfaction, gladness, and contentment. She was sincerely thankful to each and everyone who was all a part of the event's success.  This is also accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for 16 CME Hours.
