PSCCQ HOLDS 1st TRAINING COURSE FOR NON MEDICAL STAFF

PSCCQ holds the first ever training session intended for Non- medical staff. Its target respondents include several groups such as receptionist, social workers, and medical coordination staff.

This 2-day course consummated 14 lectures handed down by PSCCQ consultant and specialist. It aims to heighten up the people’s level of awareness regarding heart ailments and more so, broaden the scope in identifying cardiac examination and interventional study of the heart. Furthermore, it is set to focus on its pursuit of training the Non- medical staff on several ways to protect the heart. 

Aside for the workshop, the session concluded by visiting the Echo Department, axial imaging of the heart, nuclear department and cardiac catheterization department. Accordingly, the 18 trainees who attended the session were satisfactorily fed with factual knowledge, information, and practical applications. 

The event ended up with a message of thanks addressed to the lecturers and also the distribution of certificate to the participants.With the successful outcome of this endeavor, PSCCQ plans to include this in their annual activities to continually reach out to its respondents and likewise continue to live up to its mission.
