PSCCQ successfully concluded the 2- day course entitled "Train the Trainers"

The Nursing Education Department of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al Qassim has successfully concluded today a 2-day course entitled “Train the Trainers Nursing Course: Effective Teaching Skills for Educators and Leaders” held at PSCCQ conference Room. This activity is organized by the Nursing Education Department of PSCCQ. The Deputy Nursing Director, Ms. Laila Mahmoud Hassan, initiated the program and welcomed the participants. The 2- day course was valuably filled with a series of lectures and workshop.  

A total of forty five (45) participants were in attendance, consisting mainly of Nurse Educators, Head Nurses, Clinical Instructors and Nurses. The participants came from various hospitals in Qassim Region and outside Qassim like Jeddah, Majma, Hail, and Riyadh Al Khabra. This course comes within the framework of educational activities designed by the Nursing Education Department of PSCCQ. This activity has been approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for twelve (12 CME) Hours.

Meanwhile Ms. Laila Mahmoud Hassan said that she is hopeful that this kind of activity will be a positive reinforcement to all the participants to further enhanced their knowledge and skills in managing their own nursing services in their own respective institutions. This 12-CME hour’s course will be a guiding instrument and be a knowledgeable source on how they could improve and raise the quality of their service and likewise, this will also teach them how to become efficient in their field.
