Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim was very happy to welcome the students from Qassim University, along with Ms. Nouf Al Hota, Chief of Community Service Unit at Qassim University and her assistant Ms. Mashael Al Mohaimed. The visiting guests were welcomed by Ms. Kahkashan Sana, Nursing Director and Ms. Lailah Abed Eddin, Deputy Nursing Director. 

During the visit Ms. Laila Abed Eddin, gave the students a tour of the center's facilities. She also gave a short talk which highlighted the current medical programs, training programs, current research being conducted as well as other achievements of the center. The visiting guests visited the Outpatient Department, Cardiac Cath Lab, Coronary Care Unit, ECHO Department, Cardiology Ward and Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit where the head of each unit gave an introduction about department and enlightened the students about the procedures being done and the service being provided to the patients.

The students also were able to attend a short lecture about prevention of heart diseases given by Ms. Shaima Mahmoud, Patient and Family Educator. At the end of visit, tokens were distributed among the students along with brochures that contained topics for the prevention of heart disease.
