To continue its service to the community, Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al Qassim has launched Wednesday, morning  ( February 4, 2015) its 22nd  Awareness Campaign for the prevention of heart disease. entitled "Your Heart, Your Life... Protect Young Heart" This campaign held at Technical College Headquarter Unaiza Province.

The campaign was attended by the Dean of the College Mr. Khaled Al Wasil, students, faculties and employees of the Technical College Headquarter Unaiza,   also attended by the Finance Manger of PSCCQ Mr. Abdulkarim Al Tuwijri, and Media & Public Relations Manager Mr. Mansour Al Fraidy. Mr. Tuwijri  gave brief explanation of  the objective of the campaign. The campaign includes workshops, health education, and to identify risk and ways to prevent such diseases.  

The team members of the awareness campaign carefully examined the participants. Regular check-up, eating the right and healthy foods, avoiding smoking, maintaining one's average body mass index, and having a positive outlook in life are just some of the few things that should be done to keep our heart healthy. The campaign also included an educational workshop which urged people to know the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.
