Health education is one important activity that is commonly undertaken to promote health. It is the communication of information that enables people to make decisions on how to follow those health related activities at all stages of life which conductive for proper health.
It is concerned with the communicating on those areas are related to sanitation, community health, mental health, disease control, personal hygiene, reducing of communicable disease and its transmission , proper nutrition, alcohol and drugs, accidents and first aid etc.
