Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the Cardiac Center

Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Qassim, represented by the Quality Management Department, organizes a series of periodic and scheduled training courses throughout the year under the title "Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety" for all center departments. These courses aim to raise awareness and promote a culture of quality and patient safety, involving all center employees in the process of continuous improvement and development.

The training courses cover the fundamentals and principles of quality, quality tools, basics of patient safety, OVR (Occurrence Variance Reporting) system, risk register, performance measurement methodology, key performance indicators, and quality improvement projects at the center.

The Cardiac Center management confirms that the center works continuously throughout the year to train its staff, including medical, technical, and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to patients.
