Prince Sultan Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery launched several alternatives for patients to continue availing their medical service. The said program was inspired with its theme “We Will Serve You in Your Home”. Patients can still be treated in the premises of their own homes. They can communicate with the doctors through the provided mobile number 0596706500, they can ask for their preferred schedule of doctor’s appointment. And patients can still seek medical advice through phone calls. The center’s staff is willing enough to attend to their needs and inquiries.

Because of the health crisis caused by the corona virus pandemic, the health center is doing every possible way to serve the patients without coming to the hospital. They will provide assistance in an initiative that aims to be of good and favorable service. They will help facilitate the patients to obtain treatment without hospital appearance; they will assist in rescheduling the patient’s appointment according to priorities, and will take into account emergency cases. These practices are part of the center’s preventive measures that will strengthen the prevention against health risks and will raise the level of safety and security.

Furthermore, the center recently provided a service to communicate with all patients who have INR clinic and will direct them to nearby centers and hospitals for examination. The patients can also contact the hotline number 059043311 for the result. For heart patients and their families, they can ask for some words of awareness regarding heart diseases as well as precautionary measures to prevent new corona virus infection. In the event of any symptoms of the said disease, patients can always directly call the hotline number.

The Center’s Director, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesnid, confirmed that these initiatives and alternatives they have provided are the center’s way of looking after the welfare and the common good of the patients. It is their duty to reach out and continue facilitating medical services for patients and clients without their presence in the hospital. This is also to ensure that the patient wouldn’t leave their homes for the sake of treatment.
